Apartment located in Itaim, São Paulo. The original plan had too many divisions. The kitchen had no windows and there were two utility rooms. We reshaped this space, creating a kitchen that has large windows over the sink and a sliding door that links it to the dining room. The new layout also enables cross-ventilation. The rest of the apartment required minor adjustments to create a more balanced plan. The woodwork developed together with Marcenaria São Paulo and the lighting design created by Franco & Associados are two highlights of the project.
