Apartment with a minimalist palette: gray Limestone flooring in the social area and wood in the intimate area, burnt cement walls and ceilings, exposed concrete, hydraulic tiles and Freijó wood. First floor of a building, but facing an area of houses, with interesting integration with the trees and other low elements in the surroundings. Thus, a vital point in the project is the organic wooden bench in the curve of the old veranda. It has a flowerbed in the center, creating a dialogue with the external area and setting the interior. And its shape creates a second living space in the corner, next to Dpot's two-sided sofa.
Another vital element, which integrates the social area with the intimate area and the couple's suite, is the large hydraulic tile block that is imposing in the living room, fills the intimate circulation, and is delicate in the couple's suite. Here, it integrates with the office and the wooden closet that opens and closes to the circulation area and the bed area, allowing integration or privacy in these places.
