Retrofit for a residential building with 18 small apartments in downtown Sao Paulo. Each unit was completely redesigned.

All the common areas where updated, with stores facing the street and a bike storage room and a common laundry on the ground floor.

The rooftop’s heavy ceramic tile roof was replaced by a lightweight wooden deck to create a terrace with a jacuzzi, a collective kitchen and a lounge space.

 Each apartment had its interior design entirely planned.
